means 'as you eat, so you are'. It is an axiom which parallels Savarins "you are what you eat", yet goes further and suggests that you define yourself by the way in which you approach food. The choice of ingredients, preparation and presentation are all indicative of who you are.

'SOMETIMES it is a relationship made in
heaven, occasionally a marriage of convenience.
But in the kitchen top quality food combined with the finest alcoholic drinks creates a union to be celebrated by everyone.

Celebrity chef Paul Da Costa Greaves was asked
to select some of his favourite ingredients from the shelves of his local Somerfield supermarket, and combine them with a range of drinks offered by Whitchurch-based Matthew Clark.

"Born April 29th 1973 in Liverpool, I consist of a cheeky honest mix, reminiscent of natural northern spice. The initial explosive burst of personality and flair is followed through with a wild imagination, delicately layered with sensual middle notes, being excitable, entertaining, inviting, spontaneous, seductive and devilish. Essences of rose, lavender, frankincense and myrrh round off this striking pleasure."
